Grimco seeks a Manufacturing Associate Level 1 – Material Handler to move, store, stage and supply materials for daily production in our Manchester, NH facility. You will work closely with production and warehouse teams, ensuring material availability while operating forklifts and maintaining safety standards.

The role supports grinding and tumbling tasks as needed, with training provided for forklift operation and growth within Grimco's long-standing manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory — training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, store, stage and supply materials for daily manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available where and when needed.
• Operate forklifts and support grinding/tumbling operations as required.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to changing production needs and assist with other duties as assigned.

The Manufacturing Associate Level 1 – Material Handler is responsible for safely moving, storing, staging, and supplying materials that support daily manufacturing operations. This role works closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available where and when they are needed. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable operating forklifts and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position may also assist with grinding and tumbling operations as business needs require.
