National Carwash Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to ensure orderly production and distribution by pulling orders from inventory, delivering materials, and staging finished products for final distribution.

The role supports the production team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, forklift experience, and the ability to work a rotating shift from early morning to overnight.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift driving experience (Forklift, pallet jacks, work assist vehicle) 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Abillity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• MRP System and scanner experience, preferred.
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.

• Safely load/unload NCS parts and materials throughout the facility.
• Complete forklift inspections to monitor maintenance needs; communicate issues to supervisor.
• Use a daily replenishment report to restock bins with parts used in our warehouse.
• Follow a cycle count program to keep inventory accurate.
• Responsible for picking, packing, auditing and shipping activities.
• Accurately match paperwork for shipments.
• Assist others in locating items that are missing or misplaced.
• Empty scrap in proper locations.
• Pull materials and in-process parts for work orders; update records.
• Post transactions when moving products.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels in warehouse and work areas.
• Assist with organization and housekeeping of the facility.
• Work outside when needed, including inclement weather.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, DOT, local laws and safety policies.
• Management may adjust duties at any time.

This role will start with a 5AM - 3:30PM Monday - Thursday schedule, then transition to 3:15PM -1:45AM Monday to Thursday as we go into production with the incremental shift.
Night Shift Differential: $2.00/hour
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution. Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.
Job Duties

• Maintain a safe forklift driving record
• Safely load/unload NCS parts and materials throughout the facility
• Complete forklift inspections to monitor the maintenance needs; communicate maintenance issues on a timely basis to your supervisor
• Use a daily replenishment report to restock bins with parts used in our parts shipping warehouse
• Follow a cycle count program to help keep an accurate inventory at all times
• Responsible for activities related to picking, packing, auditing and shipping
• Accurately match necessary paperwork for shipments
• Assist others on the team with looking for items that are missing or possibly misplaced
• Empty scrap in proper locations
• Pull materials and in-process assembled and fabricated parts/materials in and out of inventory for use on department work orders, placing items into inventory and updating computer records
• Responsible for accurately posting transactions when moving products
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels in warehouse, cells, or work area
• Assist with the organization and good housekeeping of the NCS facility
• Ability to work outside, sometimes during inclement weather conditions, loading and unloading materials/parts
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time
