Job description

Shift Details:

Monday-Friday, 4:00pm – 12:00am. *Required overtime may be up to 4 hours daily, depending on company needs. Weekend production may also be required as needed.

Pay Rate:

$18.25 per hour (includes shift differential)

Material Handling Contribution:

Responsible for cost-effective production and maintenance activities, including process improvements, supply chain management, quality assurance, safety, employee engagement, and environmental commitments.

Uses equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials within facilities. May maintain records as needed.

Job Summary:

The Associate II in Material Handling ensures the proper movement of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks using a stand-up forklift or clamp lift.
• Check in products via system, track inventory, and stack products accordingly.
• Store products in warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
• Pick products from storage and load outbound trucks.
• Transport products to manufacturing lines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years related experience preferred
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts and clamp lifts preferred

• Apply knowledge and skills to routine tasks
• Learn and adapt to new methods and information
• Maintain necessary licenses and certifications
• Handle routine assignments and some problem resolution
• Follow standard procedures and quality guidelines
• Work under moderate supervision and review
• Refer complex issues to supervisors
