Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group in Smyrna, TN is seeking a reliable Warehouse Team Member to join our high-performing operations. This role requires experience in high-volume distribution and proficiency with stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.

You will receive and inspect incoming goods, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, maintain safety standards, and support inventory control through accurate documentation and cycle counting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a high-volume warehouse or shipping environment.
• Minimum 2 years operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Team Member to join our high-performing operations team. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in high-volume distribution environments, particularly with stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.

Schedule And Shift

• 2nd 3:00pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday
• 3rd 11:00pm - 7:00am Sunday - Thursday

Hourly Pay Rate $20.00

• 2nd shift includes $ 1.00 shift differential
• 3rd shift includes $1.10 shift differential

Key Responsibilities
