Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is hiring a Material Handler 2 for our Newnan, GA facility. The role focuses on moving aluminum extrusions from racks to staging for the saw operator and requires strict attention to safety and measurement accuracy.

You will join a manufacturing team that values teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time, first-shift position with potential overtime and growth within the Door Fabrication Department.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use a tape measure to a 1/32.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 lbs.
• Requires constant reaching, handling and grasping while turning of upper body while moving and lifting.
• Ability to stand and walk on a concrete floor, wearing safety gear for 8–10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Move aluminum extrusions from racks to staging for saw operator.
• Read and use a tape measure to a 1/32.
• Lift or move up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Wear safety gear including hard hats and steel-toe boots.
