Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift in Fayetteville, NC. The role uses forklift or power equipment to move materials, unloads from trailers, and maintains documentation. Overhead crane operation is required if crane certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move and store materials using forklift or power equipment.
• Unload incoming materials from trailers and vehicles.
• Transport items to proper storage areas and maintain related documentation.
• Operate overhead crane or hoist if crane certified.
• Verify and quantify items received against purchase orders.
• Pull material for delivery to Service Centers; use KanBan to order and replenish materials.
• Inspect for damaged material and maintain Kanban records.
