Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Material Handler (Inbound) on 1st shift to move material throughout the distribution center, including receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and shipping to support customer orders.

This hourly role requires basic forklift skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a 90-day introductory period and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience with two or more of the following: Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Cherry Picker.
• No relocation benefit; within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX; immigration sponsorship not offered.
• U.S. work authorization required; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT not applicable.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the distribution center via receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and shipping to enable order processing.
• Retrieve material from warehouse locations using picking processes; verify counts with scanning equipment.
• Unload and stage pallets; generate move tickets; restock locations and verify accuracy.
• Inspect and pack materials for shipping; apply packing lists and labels; ensure product safety.
• Research discrepancies and maintain safety, attendance, quality, and productivity during introductory period.
