Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum six months standup and sit-down forklift experience.
• Minimum six months material handling experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or related visa programs.
• No relocation benefit; reside within 50 miles of Fayetteville, NC; active-duty military exempt.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or power equipment to move and store materials.
• Unload incoming materials from trailers and vehicles.
• Transport items from staging areas to storage areas.
• Store, stack, and arrange material with documentation.
• Operate overhead crane or hoist if certified.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and quantities.
• Inspect items for shortages or damage and document findings.
• Complete related documentation and routes in the system.
• Pull material for delivery to Service Centers and use KanBan to replenish materials.
• Notify internal customers of receipts and maintain relationships.
