Job summary

Copperweld is seeking a Material Handler to support Fayetteville's production operations. Operate forklifts and transport materials to various areas, ensuring timely availability for manufacturing processes. Assist in warehouse organization and follow SOPs with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Must be able to use Plex for company systems and be willing to obtain a forklift license. This is a full-time role requiring teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety/environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic computer skills (PLEX, email) in company systems.
• Willingness to obtain fork truck license and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials to and from production areas.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas with proper handling and storage.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Adhere to Copperweld's safety and environmental standards.
