Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating tow motors and pallet jacks.
• Familiar with barcode scanners and basic ERP use.
• Willing to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are followed and support safety program improvements.
• Manage workflow and delivery of merchandise throughout the plant.
• Coordinate and execute material deliveries to machines from inventory.
• Reweigh, label, and return unused material to proper location.
• Move work orders between processes and stage finished goods.
• Transact materials in ERP and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, 5S organized work environment and support shipping/receiving.
• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and on time.
