Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Arcade, NY 14009 is seeking a Warehouse Worker for the 2nd shift to pick, pack and ship orders with high accuracy.

You will use barcode scanners, operate lift equipment, and follow PPE and safety policies. The role requires a strong attendance record and the ability to work with limited supervision. This position involves routine warehouse tasks and teamwork within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must have lift truck license or be able to pass certification.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Detail oriented to ensure record accuracy.
• Willing to work in other areas or different shifts of the department as assigned.
• Must be able to work overtime on short notice.
• Demonstrates effective communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills. Oracle experience preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to pick, pack and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Utilize Barcode Scanners to perform Pick, Put-Away & Shipping transactions.
• Provide backup for team in Warehouse, performing various duties as assigned.
• Must be able to operate all material handling equipment, use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety rules and company policies.
• Communicate with others as needed to prevent and resolve problems or issues.
• Notify Supervisors of problems that are not resolvable.
• High degree of accuracy required on all transactions.
