Job Information

The objective of this role is to transfer materials manually by hand, using a manual pallet jack, or with a lifting device attached to a hoist, as specified in the standard work procedures. The operation involves sit-down, stand-up, and high-reach lifts.

Shift Time

7:00am-3:30pm, 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, or 5:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday, with mandatory overtime as needed for each shift schedule.

Role & Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Unload and stack materials using a hoist-attached lifting device.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Manually load parts from racks, tubs, and bins in the warehouse to trays or kit carts.
• Follow set routes through the department to load kit carts.
• Manually load and unload parts from the paint line.
• Maintain safety checks on necessary equipment.
• Perform duties safely and efficiently in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Use electronic scanners to transact materials as needed.

Other Duties:

• Keep aisles clean and organized.
• Assist in training and instructing others as requested by the supervisor.
• Complete preventative maintenance and other duties as directed by Total Production Maintenance.
• Perform other non-essential duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Ability to follow established methods and procedures, working rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms, typically acquired through high school or equivalent education.
