Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a production assembler in New Holland, PA to build complete units from a wide variety of components, focusing on on-line operations. You will follow engineering specifications and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and quality standards.

Job Purpose

Assemble a wide variety of component parts, to build complete units, with a focus of on‑line operations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Apply, align, attach, insert, and fasten various commodities, components, parts, sub‑assemblies, or units to chassis in required order and sequence.
• Work from Engineering specifications (work instructions), sketches, schematic diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, check sheets, photo books, and verbal instructions.
• Perform necessary adjustments as unit progresses down assembly line.
• Record defects that require off‑line and on‑line corrections. Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, excessive continuation of defective parts, improper function, and assembling to proper supervision or management.
• Visually check parts and entire assemblies for completeness, function, operation, and appearance.
• Assist in the development of assembly practices and procedures.
• Move materials as necessary in the performance of duties.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
• May perform touch‑up or small repair work when assigned.

Experience Required

High school diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications

Previous forklift experience preferred.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $25.80 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
