Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

As a warehouse associate your daily tasks will vary from receiving parts from our suppliers, shipping product to our customers, openings boxes, picking, packaging/repackaging parts, use a bar code scanning device, operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other tasks related to our warehouse environment. Other tasks can include:

• Safely select, lift, and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis.
• Workingin excess of20 - 30 feet off floor level is common.
• Loading Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment.
• Housekeeping - Sweeping, Moving boxes and pallets to appropriate area, Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Sort product of various size and weight amounts and stage for proper warehouse put away.
• Confirm accuracy of received materials and verify quality and quantity of parts received.
• Replenish parts in bin and rack areas throughout warehouse.
• Concepting parts to fit location.

This position does require prolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting upto 40lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Employees have the ability to cross-train by working in any area need it based on business needs and staffing levels. Overtime is based on business needs.

Experience Required

An ideal candidate for this position must:

• be 18 years or older to apply.
• be able to speak, read and understand basic English.
• have basic computer knowledge - knowledge of Click System a plus!

Preferred Qualifications

A bonus applicant will have:

• minimum 1 year applicable experience in a production environment.
• minimum 1 year experience operating mobile equipment: fork lift, order selector, reach truck.

Pay Transparency

The hourly pay for this role is $23.23/hour.
