Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Knoxville, Tennessee, seeks a warehouse associate to support shipping and distribution. The role involves moving inventory, loading orders onto pallets, and keeping stock counts accurate, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will work on the Product Delivery line, adhere to procedures, and collaborate with teammates to ensure timely fulfillment and a clean, hazard-free environment. The job is based in Knoxville with a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training to become a certified Electric Pallet Jack operator.
• Keeps accurate counts of stock and supplies.
• Keeps all areas behind the lines and in pack clean and free of hazards.
• Loads customer’s orders on correct pallets and on trailers on the dock, according to BMC.
• Cleans and organizes the dock, including sweeping, organizing pallets, etc.
• Stores and organizes material on the lines and in packs.
• Accurately distributes materials to various locations.
• Works as instructed by Product Delivery Coordinator.
• Performs pre-work equipment inspections.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
• Takes broken down totes and empty pallets back to production and the warehouse.
• Works in other departments and on special projects as needed

This position is located in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Move inventory materials to and from the various locations to support shipping/distribution. Keep accurate counts of stock and supplies. Keep all areas behind the lines and in pack area clean and free of hazards. Load customers' orders on correct pallets and on trailers on the dock.

• This position does not operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
• Ability to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift
• Good written and verbal communication skills across all levels within organization
• Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
• Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
