Job summary

G.A. Richards Group is seeking a Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials within the plant area and nearby facilities. The role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and pays $17 to $21 per hour.

Responsibilities include transporting incoming materials, labeling inventory, and rotating stock using LEAN methods while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Rotate and consolidate inventory using LEAN work practices.
• Trash/de-trash all incoming skids and disposition to proper locations.
• Maintain and monitor visual reorder and Kanban programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace with strong housekeeping.

• Responsible for making sure all material is labeled and facing out in locations
• Rotate and consolidate inventory using 'LEAN' work practices
• De-trash all incoming skids and disposition to proper locations
• Maintain and monitor all visual re-order and Kanban programs
• Constant dedication to housekeeping; pride in a clean and organized workplace

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
