Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload, load, and organize materials in our Minnesota facility. You will operate a hoist-attached lifting device, move parts to appropriate trays or carts, and follow defined routes for kit carts.

You will also use an electronic scanner to track inventory and keep aisles clean and safe. The role requires 0-2 years of related experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work with supervisors and teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers in writing and verbally.
• On-the-job and classroom training provided for job-specific skills and safe operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stack material using a hoist-attached lifting device.
• Load or unload materials onto pallets or carts as needed.
• Move parts from racks to trays or carts in the warehouse.
• Follow routes to load kit carts and operate safely on the line.
• Use electronic scanner to transact material as needed.
• Keep aisles clean and orderly and assist in training others.
• Perform preventive maintenance and other duties as directed.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device attached to hoist
• Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device by hand as needed
• Loads parts manually from racks, tubs, and/or bins in warehouse to trays or racks kit carts
• Follows set route through department to load kit carts
• Loads and unloads parts manually from paint line
• Maintains safety checks on necessary equipment
• Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Uses electronic scanner to transact material as needed
• Keeps aisles clean and orderly
• Assists in the instruction and training of others as requested by supervisor
• Completes preventative maintenance and other duties as directed by Total Production Maintenance
• Perform other non-essential duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
