Impactconnects in Minnesota is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift to manage material flow between Warehouse, Production, and Mail Entry. You will move products, inspect quality, and ensure accurate distribution following SOPs.
You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load/unload trucks, scan pallets, and keep the work area clean and organized; candidates should read and follow Impact Policies and SOPs, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Shift: 3:30 PM to 12 am
General purpose of Job: Manages the workflow of materials between departments; Warehouse, Production, and Mail Entry
Performance Measurement: Performance feedback will take place both verbally and written on a day-to-day as needed basis, recognition in monthly employee recognition meetings, formal training on changes in SOP as needed with a formal review by the supervisor at least annually
Language and Math Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English at a sufficient level to understand/follow/complete all tasks assigned. Must be able to perform mathematical calculations sufficient to receive, pull, and calculate inventory balances. This shall include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Physical Demands: Often standing or walking, may climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Often lift up to 40 lbs & sometimes up to 70 lbs. Use hands to finger, handle or feel. Reach with hands and arms. Vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, & ability to focus.
Work Environment: Work near moving mechanical parts, fumes & air borne particles, risk of electrical shock, and exposure to toxic chemicals. The noise level is moderate to loud.
