Job summary

NETZSCH Pumps & Systems USA in Exton, PA is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Associate to support receiving, stocking, and shipping activities. You will enter data into ERP, verify paperwork, and route materials to inspection or production as needed.

You will maintain accuracy in inventory, prepare packing and documentation, and assist with cycle counts. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required; training will cover SAP/ERP systems used for order processing.

Qualifications

• Experience logging into ERP systems and entering data.
• Proficient in Excel/spreadsheets and email.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Count, weigh, or measure items to verify against records and documents; handle damaged or short shipments.
• Receive and issue vendor material; process deliveries and POs in SAP.
• Route material to inspection, stores, or production; prepare packing and documentation.
• Pack, wrap, and ship materials to prevent transit damage; update shipping data.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Counts, weighs or measures incoming or outgoing items to compare identifying information and variety against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records; examines incoming shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify; completes paperwork or forms required for documentation.
• Receives & issues vendor material, and processes deliveries, return deliveries and purchase orders electronically into SAP.
• Routes material to inspection, stores, or work-in-process destinations.
• Cuts raw material steel per cut sheet router.
• Pulls/verifies via kit list parts needed for production department and spare parts orders.
• Returns/verifies parts given back to stores from production orders & or customer returns.
• Issues materials from stores via stock requisitions.
• Assists in perpetual inventory of all store areas.
• Skids, boxes, wraps and packs materials to prevent transit damage.
• Enters relevant shipping data on UPS/FED EX terminals.
• Assists with other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

• The ability to log on/off a computer, enter data into an ERP system and on Excel spreadsheets and receive/send e-mails.
• A valid driver’s license.
• The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.
