Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Reads and interprets a variety of stage plans, picklists, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), or WIs (Work Instructions).
- Accurately records information on travelers; operates barcode scanning and other computerized equipment.
- Operates material handling equipment (RF devices, label machines, weight scales, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Uses RF devices to pick materials, debox and label, weigh, issue to work orders, and transfer materials to manufacturing.
- Conducts quality inspections for correct parts and lot numbers, following procedures for accurate transfers, transactions, and labeling.
- Ensures all documentation on Sterile Load forms is accurate.
- Performs receiving duties, including unloading/loading trailers, entering receiving data into the MRP system, and storing inspected materials.
- Participates in cycle counts and bay audits for inventory management.
- Performs data entry transactions using SAP to ensure smooth workflow.
- Performs duties such as cleaning, processing returns, QA transfers, scrapping materials, and mixing polymers.
- Maintains quality through accurate data entry, visual inspections, and proper labeling.
- Ensures safety by maintaining a clean work environment, operating equipment safely, and practicing proper lifting techniques; certification on power equipment is required.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
- Builds quality into all work aspects by adhering to quality standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to follow directions, be self-motivated, flexible, and cooperative.

- Ability to operate powered equipment and work in a high-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Must stand and walk regularly, perform repetitive movements, and maintain documentation accuracy.

The salary range for this position is $17.00 - $23.75 per hour, based on experience and location.
