Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Sumter, SC is seeking a dependable forklift operator to support pallet and case picking in a fast-paced distribution center. You will scan barcodes, pick and pack orders, and assist with pallet building using RF devices and a walkie rider.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and complying with safety guidelines. A High School diploma or GED is expected, and background checks plus a 10‑panel drug screen are required prior to start.

10 Panel Drug Screen Required-CANDIDATE MUST COMPLETE DS WITHIN 48 hours of acceptance of job offer.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS OF PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DRIVING A FORKLIFT, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Candidates with previous work experience driving a Stand Up Forklift will have first preference.

General Summary Duties and Responsibilities Pallet/Case Picking

• Processing customer orders including but not limited to: scanning bar codes, picking and labeling boxes.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Processing orders through RF technology.
• Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructions.
• Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
• Complete all necessary RF device training to obtain the necessary profiles
• Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging. Pallet Build
• Palletizing to include scanning, retrieving and placing completed orders on pallets.
• Re-palletizing products for shipment.
• May be responsible for dock manifest duties which includes scanning completed pallets and running the shrink wrapper.
• May be required to transport pallets by walking MHE.
• Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging. Additional Duties
• Must follow all safety instructions to maintain safe working conditions and to adhere to proper operating practices and procedures designed to prevent injuries and illnesses.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

• Job Requirements
