Job summary

Katalyst CRO in Columbus, NE is seeking a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment, pallet building, and shipment packaging. You will operate RF systems and motorized pallet jacks, maintain clean work areas, and follow GDP and safety guidelines to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution setting, good communication, and a commitment to quality and safety in all tasks performed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with Walkie Ryder (motorized pallet jack) preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Works well with others and can perform under minimal supervision.
• May operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner.
• Possesses basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of general distribution practices and GDP awareness.

Job description

General Summary Duties And Responsibilities

• Pallet/Case Picking.
• Processing customer orders including but not limited to: scanning bar codes, picking and labeling boxes.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Processing orders through RF technology.
• Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructions.
• Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
• Complete all necessary RF device training to obtain the necessary profiles
• Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging.

Pallet Build

• Palletizing to include scanning, retrieving and placing completed orders on pallets.
• Re-palletizing products for shipment.
• May be responsible for dock manifest duties which includes scanning completed pallets and running the shrink wrapper.
• May be required to transport pallets by walking MHE.
• Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging.

Additional Duties

• Must follow all safety instructions to maintain safe working conditions and to adhere to proper operating practices and procedures designed to prevent injuries and illnesses.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
• Must adhere to attendance policies.
• Required to maintain current status in C2C training modules.
