Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a warehouse associate in Sumter, SC to handle pallet and case picking, RF-based order processing, and packing for shipment. You will scan barcodes, label boxes, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining GDP compliance and safety standards.

The role requires basic education, good communication, and teamwork in a hands-on warehouse setting with potential cross-training across roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Walkie Ryder (motorized Pallet Jack) preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.

Responsibilities

• Pallet/Case Picking.
• Processing customer orders including scanning bar codes, picking and labelling boxes.

• Responsible for GDP compliance and accurate packaging.
• Operate MHE and use RF/Voice scanners as required.
• Cross-train and back up other warehouse positions as needed.

General Summary Duties And Responsibilities

• Pallet/Case Picking
• Processing customer orders including but not limited to: scanning bar codes, picking and labelling boxes.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Processing orders through RF technology.
• Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructions.
• Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
• Complete all necessary RF device training to obtain the necessary profiles
• Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging. Pallet Build
• Palletizing to include scanning, retrieving and placing completed orders on pallets.
• Re-palletizing products for shipment.
• May be responsible for dock manifest duties which includes scanning completed pallets and running the shrink wrapper.
• May be required to transport pallets by walking MHE.
• Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging.

Additional Duties

• Must follow all safety instructions to maintain safe working conditions and to adhere to proper operating practices and procedures designed to prevent injuries and illnesses.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
• Must adhere to attendance policies.
• Required to maintain current status in C2C training modules.
