Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking team members for night shift production roles. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour shift premium for the 3rd Shift (11pm to 7:00am).

Responsibilities include moving materials, maintaining production schedules, and performing basic equipment maintenance to support production flow. Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing experience, can read simple instructions, perform basic math, read a tape measure, and are punctual with good attendance.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Able to write, perform basic math, and read a tape measure.
• Punctual and excellent attendance.
• Be available for overtime and emergency work.

Responsibilities

• Moving materials (primarily glass) using vacuum lift assist equipment, manually lifting, and moving mobile carts from one position/location to another to facilitate the production process.
• Understanding the schedule and the inventory requirements to keep production on schedule.
• Performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment, such as cleaning and inspecting.
• Understanding and applying inspection procedures and tolerances to pass or reject materials and/or products.
