Job summary

SPINRITE YARNS ONLINE INC. is seeking a Material Handler to operate a standing lift truck, transport materials, and organize them for production. You will scan items with a handheld gun and keep precise production records while following safety PPE rules.

The role requires forklift certification, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand and walk long distances, bend, and squat. Shift is 6 am–2 pm with overtime, Monday through Friday, with weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

The purpose of the Material Handler is to drive a stand up lift truck to transport, move and put away materials as required to meet and maintain production requirements.

Adhere to all safety rules and personal protective equipment

Safely operate a standing lift truck to scan, find, pull or put away materials.

Maintain accurate production records

Must be able to operate stand-up lift truck and obtain certification

Must be able to proficiently use a scan gun

Must be able to work 6 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday and daily and weekend overtime as required

Must be able to handle and lift 50 lbs.
