Job summary

Olsten staffing services is hiring for a Utility position to run Futura Line 11 and produce high quality products. You will operate this machine in pairs, sharing operation duties and aligning with safety standards.

Shifts are 12-hour swing rotations with days and nights, two weekends per month. The role includes operating wrappers, printers, robots, cranes, and more while maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Steel-toed boots required; report to supervisor with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate wrapper, diverter, case packer, robot, pallet stacker, case printer, case sealer, and crane.
• Assist with operation of the wrapper and log saw associated with the production line.
• Assist in development of centerlines for all equipment on the production line.
• Verify production requirements per product change design form as defined in the Converting Plant’s Quality Plan.
• Maintain clean work area and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform necessary mechanical adjustments and routine daily maintenance.
• Be aware of all E-Stop locations and follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Comply with requests by immediate supervisor.
• Responsibilities may change with business needs.

Job description

Shift: 12hr swing rotational shifts (alternate between Days & Nights every 4 weeks, 2 weekends a month)

This Utility position will consist of running Futura Line 11 to produce the highest quality product. You will operate this machine in pairs, splitting the operation responsibilities.

• Operate wrapper, diverter, case packer, robot, pallet stacker, case printer, case sealer, and crane.




• Assist with the operation of the wrapper and log saw associated with the production line.




• Assist in development of centerlines for all equipment associated with the production line.




• Verify production requirements per product change design form as defined in the Converting Plant’s Quality Plan




• Maintain clean work area and able to perform other assigned duties requested by the supervisor.




• Assist in development of centerlines for all equipment associated with the production line.

• Perform necessary mechanical adjustments and routine daily maintenance.




• Be aware of all E-Stop locations and follow all safety guidelines at all times.

• Must have mechanical and technical aptitude.


• Must have steel toed boots or shoes. Will report to Jessi Jacobs Tuesday 8/22 at 8 AM.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
