Job summary

Banner Personnel is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift (M-Th 3:30pm-2:00am). Responsibilities include feeding materials to multiple machines, following SOPs, and managing daily production paperwork.

The role requires safe handling of items up to 45 lbs and accurate data entry into the system. Ideal candidates will have basic math/computer skills, familiarity with equipment, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Overtime available as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials to machines: Maxsys, MXD, BH1000 Inserter & GV-300.
• Follow all SOPs and daily production orders.
• Submit paperwork to Audit Dept for release of secure cards.
• Perform daily card picks from the vault and monthly vault inventory.
• Inspect in-process items to ensure specs and quality.
• Stock weekly collateral materials and stage finished goods for shipping.
• Enter daily production data into SFDC Logic Win Trak.
• Keep staging areas organized with proper paperwork.
• Assist with loading shipments and maintain safety practices.

Job description

We are looking for a Material Handler for our 2nd shift M-Th 3:30pm-2:00am

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to effective feed Materials for the following machines: Maxsys, MXD (Card Affixing Module), BH1000 Inserter & GV-300
• Follow all applicable sops’ (standard operating procedures).
• Following Perso schedule for daily orders to be produced.
• Submit paperwork to Audit Dept for release of secure cards to Perso Department (Material Requirement Form).
• Perform Daily Card Picks from the Vault
• Conducts Monthly Vault Inventory
• Perform In-process inspection of the job to ensure job specifications and quality requirements are being met.
• Stock weekly inventory (Collateral Materials) from the stock room to fulfill orders for that particular week.
• During this time, it is important that employees practice the proper lifting techniques when transporting boxes.
• Package Personalized cards and prepare for shipping.
• Stage finished materials at the dock and load shipments as necessary.
• Accurately enters his/her daily production via SFDC Logic Win Trak.
• Keep staging areas organized and ensure paperwork is in place to properly identify all jobs.
• Meet the expected outputs and quality requirements for the position.
• Maintain established Safety Requirements.
• Other duties assigned by the Perso Shift Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Pay is $17.50/hour.
