Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our facility in Illinois. The role requires operating multiple machines, following SOPs, and producing cards for Perso with attention to quality.

You will enter daily production data in SFDC Logic Win Trak, stock weekly materials, and coordinate with QA to ensure output meets specifications and safety rules. This Temp-to-Hire position offers steady evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machines and following SOPs.
• Capable of daily production entry and quality checks.
• Ability to manage weekly inventory and secure handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate specified machines to fulfill daily orders.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Schedule and produce per Perso daily orders.
• Submit paperwork for release of secure cards to Perso.
• Obtain first piece approval from Quality Control.
• Perform in-process inspections and maintain quality.
• Pause production for major technical issues or out-of-spec work.
• Stock and transport collateral materials to meet weekly needs.
• Move finished work to next department and purge workspace per security rules.
• Enter daily production in SFDC Logic Win Trak and keep records organized.
• Ensure outputs meet machine and quality requirements.
• Maintain machine safety standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to effective feed and operate the following machines: Maxsys, MXD (Card Affixing Module), BH1000 Inserter & GV-300
• Follow all applicable sops' (standard operating procedures).
• Following Perso schedule for daily orders to be produced.
• Submit paperwork to Audit Dept for release of secure cards to Perso Department (Material Requirement Form).
• Receives 1st Piece approval from Quality Control personnel before running job.
• Perform In-process inspection of the job to ensure job specifications and quality requirements are being met.
• Stop the job in the event of a major technical problem or if the job is outside the required specifications.
• Stock weekly inventory (Collateral Materials) from the stock room to fulfill orders for that particular week. During this time, it is important that employees practice the proper lifting techniques when transporting boxes.
• Move finished job to next department or station and purging workspace of any items from previous order in accordance with security rules.
• Accurately enters his/her daily production via SFDC Logic Win Trak.
• Keep staging areas organized and ensure paperwork is in place to properly identify all jobs.
• Meet the expected outputs and quality requirements for the machine.
• Maintain established Machine Safety Requirements. #ZR
