Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Operator in Vermont to support the production line in completing medical grade supplies. You will assist with setup, operation, teardown, and documentation while following safety and quality guidelines.

You will work on a production shift with responsibilities including equipment setup, calibration, labeling, and keeping the area clean for efficient manufacturing. Training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Visually inspect product during operation and monitor equipment.
  • Set up and run production equipment.
  • Assist with cleaning and housekeeping to keep lines ready for production.
  • Label and store products, samples, and waste containers properly.
  • Document material runs using Batch Production Records and logs.
  • Assist in training new personnel under supervision.
  • Perform calibration on scales, meters, and related instruments.
  • Support daily readiness of production lines and post-run reconciliation.
  • Handle materials and processing aids for the process.

Location: St. Albans VT

Pay Range: 20-25.30 an hour

Hours: Fri, Sat, Sun, 7pm-730am, 3pm-11pm or 11p,-730am

Job Description

Assist in making medical grade supplies on the lines,including the set-up, operation, tear-down and cleaning of equipment and completion of applicable documentation. that needs to be done. You are trained.

Perform job functions in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. Ensure compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. 1. Visually inspect the product during operation, observe equipment and process for proper operation, seek maintenance assistance for problems and recommend improvements.
  2. 2. Set up and run Production equipment.
  3. 3. Assists with process/product specific cleaning activities for lines and equipment as required and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  4. 4. Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored to include samples and waste containers/bags.
  5. 5. Document material runs via Batch Production Records, In-Process Sheets, Log Books, and Time Sheets.
  6. 6. Assist in training new personnel in the manufacturing operation under the guidance of the supervisor.
  7. 7. Perform calibration on scales, line meters, coating ovens, micrometers, etc. as instructed.
  8. 8. Performs daily house-keeping (cleaning, organizing, stocking) activities to support and run readiness for production lines.
  9. 9. Performs post run reconciliation and waste-handling activities.
  10. 10. Places materials and/or processing aids on/in roll stands, cabinets, and/or equipment
  11. 11. Prepares components and/or processing aids for introduction to the process.
  12. 12. Assist with check-in and returns of material for batch runs.
  13. 13. Perform other duties as assigned.
