Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s client in Salem, OR is seeking a Plant Processing Operator to join their Operations team. The role focuses on operating processing machinery, maintaining quality, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring critical parameters, logging data, and making minor equipment adjustments. The position offers all shifts, overtime potential, and opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1-year production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance if necessary and stand continuously during shifts.

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a Plant Processing Operator to join their team. As a Plant Processing Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and processing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant Processing Operator

Location: Salem, OR

Pay Range: $22.50-$23.00/Hr

Shift: All shifts available

• Operate processing machinery to produce high-quality products within established guidelines.
