RightStone is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to support order fulfillment and shipping processes. You will pick and pack, handle materials, and help load trucks while following safety protocols. This role may lead to temp-to-hire depending on business needs and performance.

Schedule often runs Monday to Friday with early start times, requiring reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. PPE safety gear is required on site.

Looking for a hands-on warehouse opportunity with potential for long-term employment? Join a fast-paced team where you'll help pick and pack orders, handle materials, and load trucks for shipment. Temp-to-hire opportunities may be available depending on open positions and business needs.

Schedule: Monday Friday, 5: 00 AM 1: 30 PM or until work is completed.

PPE/Dress Code: Hard-toe safety shoes and a high-visibility shirt or vest required.

What You ll Do:

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse or worksite.
• Prepare customer orders for shipping and ensure products are handled properly.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following warehouse procedures.

What We re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, carry, and move packages weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the warehouse in varying temperatures.
• Able to read labels, follow written and verbal instructions, and perform basic math.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work overtime and stay until daily assignments are completed.
