Job summary

Visionworks in Schertz, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform basic warehousing duties, including order fulfillment and packing across multiple distribution locations. You will follow documented procedures, use scanners, and work with inventory controls to ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years related experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ability to meet or exceed established production goals.
• Use best practices and inventory controls to prevent inventory shrinkage.
• Assist with training new hires and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations and overall facility.

Summary

Basic warehousing duties, including order fulfillment and packing an assortment of products with various order types, from multiple distribution locations. Able to perform duties via manual documents or computerized devices in accordance with established operational and inventory control procedures. All associates will receive training to ensure mastery of specific skill sets with an emphasis on Safety, Accuracy, and Productivity.

Pay Class and Pay

• Pay Class: Full Time
• Pay: $15.00 - $15.87 per hour
