Responsibilities

  • Safely move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the facility.
  • Supply production areas with the materials needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Receive, identify, count, and properly store materials.
  • Operate material-handling equipment as trained and authorized.
  • Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with production and warehouse teams.
  • Assist with meeting daily production and material-handling goals.

MATERIAL HANDLER

Pay Rate: $20.33 per hour
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shift

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping production running smoothly by safely moving, organizing, and supplying materials throughout the facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the facility.

Supply production areas with the materials needed to maintain efficient operations.

Receive, identify, count, and properly store materials.

Operate material-handling equipment as trained and authorized.

Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor.

Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.

Communicate effectively with production and warehouse teams.

Assist with meeting daily production and material-handling goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.

Ability to safely handle materials and follow established procedures.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Forklift or material-handling equipment experience is a plus.
