Job summary

EMS Solutions in Ogden is seeking a Material Handling Specialist to keep warehouse and production operations running smoothly. You will verify incoming materials, organize inventory, and prepare and ship customer orders, using forklifts and standard inventory systems.

We offer a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a Monday–Thursday schedule (1:00 PM–11:30 PM) and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active during the shift.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials and shipments.
• Label, organize, and enter inventory into the system.
• Pick, stage, and move materials for production.
• Prepare and ship customer orders.
• Create packing slips and shipping labels.
• Assist with inventory counts, kitting, and restocking.
• Keep materials and storage areas clean and organized.

EMS Solutions in Ogden, Utah is looking for a Material Handling Specialist to help keep our warehouse and production operations running smoothly. You'll work with shipping, receiving, inventory, kitting, and production support-helping make sure materials are in the right place at the right time.

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 1:00 PM–11:30 PM | Full-Time

What the Environment Is Like
