Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse or material handling experience helpful but not required.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10–12 hours when required.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 10–50 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as required by business needs.
• Comfortable with varying noise, lighting, and temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility using a hand truck or other equipment as assigned.
• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Load finished products onto pallets and hand trucks.
• Stack pallets and skids in designated storage and staging areas.
• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Apply shipping labels according to company and customer requirements.
• Wrap pallets, consolidate freight, and prepare shipments for loading.
• Verify shipment accuracy and inspect freight for damage or other issues.
• Use RF scanners to support accurate inventory tracking.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
