Description

Material Handler

As a member of our Production division, you will provide daily support in locating, storing, and transporting materials needed for manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Operate fork truck to move products within the facility.
• Assist team leaders in locating raw stock, reeling components, and boxes.
• Position raw stock, reeling components, and boxes in the warehouse.
• Ensure the warehouse is orderly and well-organized.
• Store and segregate scrap materials appropriately until sold.
• Maintain safety and security in the warehouse.
• Perform inventory transactions to update inventory levels.
• Organize materials for staging work.
• Deliver raw stock to proper locations before stock runs out.

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift operation experience preferred; willingness to obtain certification.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good computer skills.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, forklift driving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Shift availability: daylight.
