Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Material Handler in Sandusky, MI to support shipping and receiving, unload trucks, and verify orders for processing. You will read orders and requisitions to move items, assist with inventory counts, and maintain accurate records while working on warehouse duties.

The role includes a night shift schedule, overtime opportunities, weekly pay, and access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy for upskilling, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet the Hi-Lo and Wave 60 Lift operation requirements.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and perform typical warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing orders to sales associates for processing.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school or GED
• Must meet the specific requirements for operating the Hi-Lo and Wave 60 Lift Machine.
• While performing duties may be required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist or lift, up to 45 pounds.
• May be required to work more than 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week based on departmental needs

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.36 per hour
