Job summary

Katalyst Systems Impact in Lancaster, WI is seeking a Material Handler for a full-time, on-site role on the first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). You will move materials, support production, and manage inventory to keep the shop organized and efficient.

Ideal candidates are dependable, safety‑minded, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Responsibilities

• Help keep the shop clean, safe, and running efficiently.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Material Handler
Lancaster, WI | On-Site

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience

A well-established job shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI is seeking a Material Handlerto join their manufacturing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a company that values reliability and promotes from within. This position is available because a current team member has advanced into a machinist role.

Key Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing
• Load, unload, and organize incoming materials
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Help keep the shop clean, safe, and running efficiently
• Follow all company safety procedures
  

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required—we'll provide training
• Ability to work independently while also supporting the production team
