Job summary

A well-established job shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI is seeking a Material Handler to join their manufacturing team.

This full-time, on-site position is on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates should be hands-on, organized, and safety-conscious, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
• Attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing.
• Load, unload, and organize incoming materials.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Help keep the shop clean, safe, and running efficiently.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Material Handler

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience

A well-established job shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI is seeking a Material Handler to join their manufacturing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a company that values reliability and promotes from within. This position is available because a current team member has advanced into a machinist role.

Key Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing
• Load, unload, and organize incoming materials
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Help keep the shop clean, safe, and running efficiently
• Follow all company safety procedures
  

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required—we'll provide training
• Ability to work independently while also supporting the production team
