Job summary

Potter Global Technologies is seeking a detail‑oriented Material Handler to support receiving, organizing, and delivering materials to the production floor. You will read work orders, accurately pick and pack items, and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery while maintaining stock accuracy.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive tasks with a team-driven mindset at our Hazlewood, MO facility.

Qualifications

• Repetitive movements of lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds)
• Strong time management to meet daily shipping goals
• Collaborative approach and respectful teamwork
• Able to read and follow written instructions from manuals

Responsibilities

• Retrieve products from designated storage locations within the warehouse
• Read work orders or oral instructions to identify materials
• Identify items by order specifications and verify quantities
• Pack materials into appropriate containers per packing requirements
• Ensure packaging prevents damage during transit
• Prepare shipping labels and verify addresses
• Collaborate with carriers to dispatch packages on time
• Inspect products for defects or discrepancies during picking/packing
• Update inventory systems to reflect stock changes and communicate shortages
• Work with team to achieve daily shipping goals
