THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As a key contributor to our Distribution Center’s productivity, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking, and fulfilling orders. Our facility spans over 300,000 square feet and handles thousands of products daily, providing an opportunity to enhance our top-performing location by increasing accuracy, speed, and support for our stores and E-Commerce operations. Tasks are primarily performed using an RF scanner.

You will achieve these goals by:

• Accurately picking and packing orders using established practices
• Restocking picking bins with products from reserve storage
• Sorting, counting, and receiving merchandise accurately
• Safely moving products with powered material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, order selectors, pallet jacks; certification will be provided)
• Building pallets for shipment using conveyors
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Organizing warehouse storage space efficiently
• Using scanners to direct work activities
• Handling, reaching, and lifting tasks safely, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Maintaining physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and kneeling during shifts, including extended overtime as needed
• Using visual and auditory cues for safety and task accuracy
• Communicating effectively with team members

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

Qualified candidates are self-motivated, at least 18 years old, and capable of completing training and certification in their assigned area. Additional requirements include:

• Strong math skills for accurate calculations
• A high school diploma or GED preferred, with 1+ year of related experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of RF scanners and basic computer skills are preferred

Essential functions involve exposure to loud noises, high places, variable temperatures, dust, strong scents, and working in narrow spaces or trailers.
