The Impact You Can Have

As a key contributor in our Distribution Center, you will handle shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. With over 300,000 sq ft of space and thousands of products daily, you will help improve accuracy, speed, and support for our stores and E-Commerce. Tasks are primarily performed using RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using established practices
• Restock picking bins from reserve storage
• Sort, count, and receive merchandise accurately
• Operate powered material handling equipment safely (e.g., fork trucks, pallet jacks; certification provided)
• Build pallets for shipment using conveyors
• Load and unload trucks
• Organize warehouse storage space
• Use scanners to direct work (pick, pack, receive, move)
• Handle, lift, and move boxes and products up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Perform tasks involving bending, standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing stairs during shifts
• Work overtime as needed
• Follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team
• Read and interpret safety and operational documents
• Demonstrate flexibility in daily tasks

Qualifications for Success

• Self-motivated, 18+ years old, able to complete training and certification
• Solid math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience optional
• Knowledge of RF scanners and basic computer skills preferred

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Exposure to loud noises, variable temperatures, dusty environments, and strong scents
• Work in high places, narrow aisles, or trailers as needed
