Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:45am-7:00am start, end between 5:25pm-5:40pm
• Night Shift: 7:15pm-7:30pm start, end between 5:55am-6:10am
• Shift depends on location
• Training: 5 days, 8 hours/day for up to 3 weeks
• Post-training: 4 shifts, 10 hours/day weekly
• Overtime shifts encouraged and available

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles (forklifts, cherry pickers, tugger, reach truck, pallet jack, small trucks)
• Manage and distribute goods within BMW’s logistics system
• Move parts and pallets from trucks, stacking up to 30 ft high
• Use forklifts and reach trucks to handle large items
• Scan, pick, inspect, and transport parts to ensure timely delivery to production
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

Essential Job Functions

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Maintain stationary position during shifts
• Adjust posture for various tasks, including reaching overhead and operating machinery
• Transport up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Follow written and oral instructions fluently in English

Minimum Experience

• 6+ months forklift experience
• Experience with RFID scanners
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory experience preferred
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
