Role Impact

As a key contributor, you will handle shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment in our large distribution center. Your work will help improve accuracy, speed, and support for our stores and e-commerce. Tasks involve using RF scanners for order picking, packing, receiving, and moving products.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and restock orders
• Sort, count, and receive merchandise
• Operate powered material handling equipment safely (e.g., fork trucks, pallet jacks)
• Build pallets for shipment using conveyors
• Load and unload trucks
• Organize warehouse storage
• Use scanners to direct tasks
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs during shifts
• Follow instructions and communicate effectively in English
• Work overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, 18+ years old
• Ability to complete training and certification
• Basic math skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of RF scanners and basic computer skills preferred

Working Conditions

• Exposure to loud noises, variable temperatures, dust, and scents
• Work in high places, narrow aisles, or trailers as needed
