MW Components - Fox Valley Spring is seeking a Material Handler II to join our 2nd shift in Greenville, WI. The role focuses on safe material movement, inventory accuracy, and supporting supply chain operations.

Responsibilities include pulling material, confirming quantities, operating forklift, performing cycle counts, and preparing shipments. Requires 3+ years ERP/MRP experience, forklift proficiency, and UPS/FedEx software familiarity; training provided for forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in an MRP/ERP environment.
• Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience with picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification a plus (will train if needed).
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software.

SUMMARY:

The Material Handler II is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials within a warehouse or production environment. This role requires experience in handling inventory, operating equipment, and maintaining accurate records, while supporting the overall supply chain operations.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 1:55pm-12:25am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review raw material production schedules, pull material, and deliver to individual workstations.
• Verify incoming material quantity/quality requirements, put away, and complete ERP receipt transactions.
• Maintains and organizes raw material inventory.
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Collaborate with inventory control to determine when product stock is needed.
• Pack products to prepare for shipments.
• Moves goods interdepartmentally utilizing hand trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Maintains and organizes finished product stock.
• Operate Forklift within the facility to transport product.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required
