Job summary

MW Components - Fox Valley Spring is seeking a Material Handler II to join our 2nd shift in Greenville, WI. The role focuses on safe material movement, inventory accuracy, and supporting supply chain operations.

Responsibilities include pulling material, confirming quantities, operating forklift, performing cycle counts, and preparing shipments. Requires 3+ years ERP/MRP experience, forklift proficiency, and UPS/FedEx software familiarity; training provided for forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in an MRP/ERP environment.
• Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience with picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification a plus (will train if needed).
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Review raw material production schedules, pull material, and deliver to workstations.
• Verify incoming material quantity/quality, put away, and complete ERP receipt transactions.
• Maintain and organize raw material inventory.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Collaborate with inventory control to determine when stock is needed.
• Pack products to prepare for shipments.
• Move goods interdepartmentally using hand trucks and equipment.
• Maintain and organize finished product stock.
• Operate forklift to transport product.
