Job summary

MW Components - Fox Valley Spring is seeking a Material Handler II for the 2nd shift in Greenville, WI. This role requires safe handling and efficient movement of materials, inventory control, and ERP-based transactions.

Expect to work Mon-Thu, 1:55pm-12:25am, with opportunities for growth and development within a supportive team. The candidate will be responsible for pulling material, validating quantities, operating forklifts, and ensuring accurate records for shipping and receiving.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years' experience in an MRP/ERP environment.
• Three (3) years' experience with picking, packing and inventory control.
• Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification a plus; training provided if needed.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules, pull material, and deliver to workstations.
• Verify incoming material quantities/quality, perform put-away and ERP receipts.
• Maintain and organize raw material inventory.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Coordinate with inventory control on stock needs.
• Pack products for shipment and prepare for dispatch.
• Move goods interdepartmentally using hand trucks and other equipment.
• Operate forklift to transport products within the facility.
• Maintain finished product stock.
