Position: Line Worker

Wage: $15.00–$16.50/hr

Location: Green Bay, WI

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am

Job Summary:

This position involves repetitive packaging, material handling, and line work. You’ll rotate between stations, open product packaging, reassemble components, and inspect quality throughout the process. This is physical work in a busy production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow written work instructions and production guidelines.
• Remove product from original packaging and prepare for repackaging.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as assembling, gluing, taping, and sealing.
• Rotate positions on the line every hour.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform visual quality checks.
• Contribute to daily production goals and team efficiency.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• No prior experience required, training is provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for long periods.
• Must be comfortable working around moving machinery and airborne particles.
• Able to follow instructions and adapt to a fast‑paced team environment.
• Good attendance and willingness to work where needed on the line.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to noise, heat, cold, and moving equipment.
• Physically demanding role, requires strength and stamina.
