Job summary

Danfoss is hiring a Material Handler to ensure timely delivery of parts to production lines and maintain accurate inventory. You will receive, stock, and stage materials, using RF scanners to confirm part numbers and quantities, while keeping work areas organized for safety.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour with a $2.50 shift premium on 2nd–4th shifts; part-time shifts are available. Benefits include PTO, health and retirement options, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret shop orders and part numbers.
• Willingness to learn RF scanners and inventory systems; strong attention to safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to drive a tugger cart.
• Proficient in English; legal to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

As a Material Handler at Danfoss, you play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly. Your efforts guarantee that every production line receives the correct parts promptly, enabling our teams to produce the high-quality components trusted by customers worldwide.

Your precision and attention to detail help sustain product flow, minimize downtime, and promote a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment. By performing your duties effectively, you contribute directly to our delivery performance and uphold the reliability that defines Danfoss solutions.

Starting Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 / hr + $2.50 shift premiums for 2nd, 3rd and 4th shift!

The areas we actively hiring Material Handlers are in:

1st shift (Mon. - Fri 6:45am – 2:45pm or Mon – Thurs. 6:00am – 4:00pm)

3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM (+$2.50 shift premium)

4th Shift: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work 36 hours but get paid for 40. (+$2.50 shift premium)

PART TIME SHIFTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!

Saturday - Sunday 6:00am - 4:00pm (No Shift Premium)

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to accurately interpret shop orders, part numbers, and fundamental instructions.
• Willingness to utilize or learn to utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to upholding safety standards.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to drive motorized tugger cart
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential. Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
