Danfoss in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Machine Operator to run multiple machines, inspect parts, and maintain safe, efficient production lines. You will read blueprints, monitor cycle times, and help ensure quality while working with a team.

Starting pay is $20.50–$22.00 per hour with a $2.50 shift premium on select shifts, plus a sign-on bonus up to $1,000. Benefits start day one, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, holidays, and PTO.

• Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

As a Machine Operator at Danfoss, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality components that support industries worldwide. We currently have the following shifts available:

• 1st shift Mon - Thurs. 6:00am - 4:00pm
• 3rd Shift Monday - Friday | 8:15 PM - 6:15 AM or 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM ($2.50 shift premium)
• 4th Shift - Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM ($2.50 shift premium)
• PART TIME SHIFTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE! Saturday - Sunday 6:00am - 4:00pm (No Shift Premium)

Starting Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour Shift Premium $2.50 for 2nd, 3rd and 4th shift

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work procedures.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions.
• Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended durations.
• Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to upholding safety standards. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
